Thanks for using Bookplate!
In the tradition of personal bookplates, your library will display "Ex Libris" — Latin for "from the books of" — followed by your name.
This appears on your bookplate. It could be your family name, a household name, or just your name.
There are several ways to add books to your collection:
Your Library
Add books manually, import a CSV, or scan your bookshelf to begin.
Add friends by their email to see their libraries and share yours.
Upload a photo of your bookshelf and AI will detect the books.
Say: "East of Eden, John Steinbeck" ... "The Great Gatsby, Fitzgerald"
This appears below "Ex Libris" in your header.
Select which AI models to use when scanning bookshelves. Using multiple models improves accuracy.
Display detailed model performance and cost estimates on the Scan page.
